The Farm House
The farm house is located on the property. Fully renovated in 2006, the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. There are four beds in the house. The house is very clean and has all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, DirecTV, and a full kitchen. Delicious country style meals will be served at the house.
The Evans' Guest House
Located just five miles from Tarver Grove Plantation, the guest house will accommodate up to 8 people. Overlooking a gorgeous pond, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a conference area. There are two king size beds, two single beds, and four pull-out beds. The guest house also has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable living area, and a deck ideal for kicking back at the end of the day. Guides wil provide transportation from the guest house to the hunting grounds. Meals will be served at the guest house.
The Evans' guest house is an additional $200/night. This price is for the entire house, not per guest.
